Eastcoast Vacations
Oceanfront Vacations
On the east coast there are some great vacation areas. Cape Cod, North Carolina and South Carolina offer some fabulous options. Particularily if you like the idea of sun, sand, plus golf, tennis and water sports.
Some of the finest vacation properties in the world are along the East Coast of North America. Maybe your idea of a beachfront escape is a more rocky coastline, with less beach and more drama. The bonus of a rocky oceanfront area is there may be less people around, if relative seclusion is important to you then choose the road less travelled. In my mind a vacation should be about disconnecting, forget the rest of the world, recharge with family and friends on the beach.
Planning a vacation is hard work; there is the packing, there is deciding which location to choose. Like anything else finding that great vacation destination takes research. A good place to begin is setting a budget. Is an oceanfront vacation something you can afford? If so, how many days and how much will it cost?
The internet is a great tool for you to search for a vacation area. Bookmark a few good sites into a specific vacation folder, get as many as you can and then you can go over them later. There are lots of great sites out there that specialize in vacation destinations. The first step is to decide where you are going. One of the better places to search for rental properties we have found is Vacationhomerentals.com. With over 11,000 properties listed they have vacations covered. To visit the vacationhomerentals.com site click Here or on the banner on this page. Have a great summer vacation on the east coast!
There are some great beaches out there just waiting for you. Below is an amateur video of the Family Kingdom amusement park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
